in floor heat supplies
is it legal for a landlord not to supply heating in florida when it is a mobile home?

i rent a private double wide mobile home on landlords property. we share his well water line and thats all he gives. Does he also have to maintain the electrical wiring and outlets? The fuse box trips if I put too much on, such as vacuuming and the stove or other electrical devices are running. The fuse box looks like a mass of wires hanging out of it. the mobile home is old and has a plywood floor, is that legal?

All Mobile homes have plywood floors and they also have carpet or some type of covering on them, the landlord is required to provide a heat and cool source and if their is an electrical problem the landlord is required to repair it, contact code enforcement in the area where you live and they will force him to fix it.
