Cheap Ceramic Floor Tile For Sale
In the kitchen… hardwood floors or ceramic tile?
I have two very messy dogs… wet, dripping faces after drinking, nails, etc. I like the warmth of wood and the durability of ceramic tile. I know that if we did get hardwoods, we could always refinish them before we put our house on the market. It would be at least a few years before we do put it up for sale, so the floors would obviously get scratched and need to be refinished in the rest of the house as well. Also wondering what would be best for resale purposes. We have carpet in most of the house right now with vinyl in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room… and I hate it all! Carpet is sooo nasty! Especially with dogs, one of which is a puppy. Eww! And the vinyl looks so cheap… and dents/tears easily.
what about the bathrooms?
Hardwood floor, easy to clean, more stable, better looking.
